The GradMaker, the graduate jobs match maker, is designed to help you find the right graduate job in which to start your career. Instead of having to wade through hundreds of different employers trying to figure out which ones apply to you.
The GradMaker allows you quickly filter New Zealand graduate employers by industry and location and then go one step further and rank these graduate employers based on what qualities you think are important in an employer.

The GradConnection New Zealand Story
The GradConnection New Zealand site has been set up by two recent graduates to help New Zealand university and other tertiary leavers find the best job for them in New Zealand in the most efficient possible way.
Rob and Tim met at university and after going through graduate programmes and spending four years in the professional world decided to set up GradConnection New Zealand to help students and graduates research, compare and contrast different graduate employers throughout New Zealand.
GradConnection was originally formed in 2008 by three New Zealanders living in Sydney, using their experience as graduates to help find an online solution to the graduate employment process. Dan, Dave and Mike realised that the task of trying to find the right graduate job was an arduous task and there was no great online resource available to evaluate different graduate employers. This lead to graduates applying everywhere, leaving employers having to sort through hundreds of applications for only a few positions.
After a successful 12 months of operations by GradConnection in Australia, Rob and Tim set up GradConnection New Zealand in July 2009 and quickly adapted it to suit the New Zealand market.
GradConnection New Zealand is now the highest traffic ranked graduate employment website in New Zealand (as of Alexa.com, January 2010) as GradConnection is in Australia. The number of employers on the GradConnection New Zealand site is growing steadily, and we are looking forward to our first graduate recruitment cycle.
Our goal is to develop a site that helps New Zealand graduates find the perfect graduate job in the easiest possible way.

The New Zealand Graduate Forum
The New Zealand Graduate forum has been designed to help you find answers to all the questions you might have in relation to finding your first graduate job, interview tips, your CV or any other graduate employment related question.
