CST Nexia is a mid-sized chartered accountancy and financial services firm located in the heart of Manukau City's CBD in Auckland. With a team of close to 50 professional advisors, we are committed to working with clients to maximise their business growth, provide expert advice and deliver the highest level of service to meet specific client needs.
We are a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and are also affiliated with the Nexia International group of professional practices.

What We Do
CST Nexia offers a complete range of business advisory and consultancy services, as well as specialist taxation advice and audit & assurance services. We work for a wide variety of clients from individuals, sole traders and not for profit organisations through to small to medium sized and corporate enterprises, farmers and rural businesses, as well as other accounting and legal practitioners.
Client support encompasses both financial and non-financial areas of business assistance. Approximately 60% of our client base comprises compliance, compilation and audit functions, with the balance spread across a diverse range of business development and general management support activities, including HR advice.
Specialist taxation support on both domestic and international affairs is provided through our associate tax specialists who have extensive experience in advising and assisting overseas corporates and governments in a wide range of taxation issues.

What are we looking for?
At CST Nexia we look for people who have a ‘thirst for knowledge' and a willingness to learn. We are careful in our selection and recruitment to find people who will fit with our existing team and who want to work hard but like to have fun and give 110% to anything asked of them. We like to exceed our customer's expectations so you will have a great deal of drive and motivation to succeed, are known for a being a good communicator and are an individual who builds effective relationships easily.
The type of graduates who will be successful in gaining a role at CST Nexia will have the following attributes:
- A ‘B' grade average or better
- Above average time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be a team player
- The ability to build effective relationships both with our staff and clients alike
- A desire to complete PCE1, PAS and PCE2
- Are in your final year of university completing a degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance or Law. (Your degree should be able to meet NZICA requirements)
