To be eligible for our graduate positions, you must meet the following criteria:
- You will be in your final year of studying either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in one of the required disciplines
- Hold a current New Zealand or Australian citizenship, or New Zealand Permanent Residency at the time of application

Our recruitment process
You will be required to submit your CV, covering letter and academic transcript at the time of applying. Applications will be reviewed soon after they are open ensuring the relevance of the degree to the available positions being offered.
You’ll complete some online psychometric testing followed by a phone call to assess your interest & suitability. If you make it through to the next step we will invite you to an interview either at our premises in Auckland or closer to you. We anticipate these interviews being at the end of your Inter-semester break and around the start of your Second Semester. Second round of interviews will follow soon after and will be held on-site in Auckland. If you pass through all of these steps then we’ll be making you an offer.
