We believe in giving the right opportunity to the right person, offering graduates and young professionals a chance to flex their muscles in an international playing field. Our International Management Trainee (IMT) roles have two facets: New Business Development and Client Relations.
Our trainees only go in one direction: up. Our program is vertical as opposed to horizontal, and every step of the program is a promotion into management. From day 1 you will experience personal and professional growth at a rapid pace.
The IMT program is designed to aid our expansion into the Asia Pacific market throughout 2010. Through sales, you will develop entrepreneurial skills such as people management, market expertise, project management and recruitment of new team members. Upon mastering these skills you can opt to move overseas to help establish a new office in a new market, or to move to an existing office in a management capacity.
For both our New Business Development roles and our Client Relations roles we are looking for the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic record
- University degree, any discipline
- Business intelligence
- Ambition, drive and a winning attitude
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Sales experience ideal, but not necessary
