The GradConnection New Zealand site was founded in 2009 by recent graduates Rob and Tim who realised that there were no good resources for students looking online for New Zealand's best graduate jobs and programmes.
Since GradConnection New Zealand was launched we’ve now become the highest traffic ranked graduate employment site in New Zealand. The GradConnection site receives 100’s of visitors every day and provides employers the equivalent to attending a careers fair a day all year round.
The GradMaker is an online tool for graduates to rank graduate employers based on what they value in an employer. It’s also a way for you to target graduates by industry, discipline, grades, and citizenship status required for your graduate programme. The GradMaker gives employers a year round presence, allowing you to build your graduate employer brand and collect expressions of interest even when you not hiring throughout the year.
